It's a Ferrari thing. They go quick to begin with, do big loads in the second practice. Go quick tomorrow practice then quali.

Did Massa go back out and come back in again? It was very close with a Renault when the Ferrari was pushed into the garage.
Massa went out for the last couple sectors and came back into the pits. didn't complete a full lap but has been out on the track
He's out again now

What did Heikki have for lunch? He's got 8 tenths on Rosberg and just set fastest S1.

And Trulli has had another "trademark friday spin" except this one involved sliding into the wall. It's not Toyota's day, what with Glock loosing gears [grid penalty for him for a new gearbox?], they now have to repair the car for tommorow.

Someone must have smashed big time because a marshall was holiding an "SC" sign which I presume means Safety car.

Top four:
1) Kovelinan
2) Webber
3) Hamilton
4) Coulthard.

Nice McClaren/Red Bull sandwhich

Aaah what a good sandwich that would be...

It wasn't anything that happened I think, they were just testing the new SC rules that they bought in in France.

Oh right. And the Friday highlights commentator pulled off such a groaner:
"Others were having a more hare-raising time of it" in response to the hare which ran very close to Vettles car.

The formula BMW kid definitely did not look old enough to be driving that car.
The tyres after they did donuts were nearly gone too. I forgot how loud F1 cars were close up
