I used to play badminton a few years ago, not competitively though.

Our last tournament was in January but we had a final friendly game against the rival school down the road today. We always play them at least 2 or 3 times a year so it was nice for both teams to have the last game against each other. I can't say I'll miss 7am training though:lol:.

Badminton is great. I've always played Badminton and netball competitively.

Our training was usually after school. It feels so good to play basketball after having played netball, because of the lack of restrictions

    Did you win?

I might start playing Badminton at uni.

I don't even know the rules for netball. Is it just basketball but you can't dribble and there's no backboard (over-simplification, I know).

    We won 86-72.

I played once for the football team in year 9 because they didn't have enough players to fill the bench. I got subbed on because of an injury and I scored an own goal from a corner:lol:. I still get ridiculed for it now.

I scored a buzzer beater in the second quarter though, first time I've ever done one. We don't have a buzzer so it's not as cool.

I know:cry:, it was emotional. The captain gave some speech at the end and I felt like I was in a sports anime:lol:. Thankfully we didn't lose, that would have pissed me off to end it like that.

    So today was a shambles,
I had my recital this morning, which could have gone better.
Then I went to donate blood and one of the pouches filled with blood exploded...
After that I went to my English lesson and had to leave half an hour into the lesson because I almost fainted with grogginess.
I just want to sleep for seven years now.

Most of your team mates watch KnB too though, right?

    Nice!

No dribbling, non-contact sport, can't move around the court; you have to stay in your designated area ( depending on your position, with your counterpart in the opposing team)

Didn't know you had to stay in one area of the court. Sounds like an interesting rule but the best part of basketball is that everyone attacks and defends.

    Was the recital super bad?

Do they pay you for blood donation?

You've done a lot better than I have, getting 3 people into KnB

Buddy, but he probably should be named Bude since my parents see him as my replacement

I haven't actually seen him in person yet
He's so cute! He could be your all in one pillow/blanket/hot water bottle.
