Hopefully.

I've managed to not have a sleepless night in a whole week. :awesome:

Thought I wouldn't take my zopiclone tonight as I spent 12 hours on my feet and was worn out by the end of the day. Bad idea, have not gotten to bed and have to be up in 1 and a half hours. So tired though

6-ish is always the point when I struggle over continuing to try and sleep, and just getting up.

You ever thought that logging off of TSR, putting your laptop away and going to sleep might help?

Do you understand the definition of insomnia?

1) I'm not on a laptop- I use tsr on the same device I have audio books on (which are supposed to help me sleep).
2) Yes, I would love to go to sleep, however I have a lot of issues surrounding sleep (especially at the moment) that prevent me from doing so.
3) Sometimes, I really need some form of distraction during the long nights when things aren't so great.

But thanks for the advice.

Do you understand the definition of insomnia?
For sure. I also understand the definition of OCD.

Do I believe that most people who claim to have insomnia/OCD genuinely suffer from it?

No, not at all. Most people with 'insomnia' do so because it is self inflicted with poor sleep hygiene.
