    Hi everyone.

I am not Norwegian and haven't even been to Norway (yet), but I've learned the language for a few years (should be around B1-B2 now). It would be cool to get to know some Norwegians. Like, make friends. And stuff.

I also sometimes translate Norwegian songs to English. Could use some help from native speakers, if anyone's up to it.

If you're going to apply to study at a university or college in Norway, you need to pass Bergenstesten.

    http://www.folkeuniversitetet.no/eng...side-id-10300/

There are lots of courses around to prepare you for it, but you can also learn Norwegian yourself and come here when you feel ready enough to take it.

Of course you can also apply for exchange through your own university, and if you're not taking any courses in Norwegian, you do not need to speak the language.

Hi everyone I'm norwegian and I'm going to Oxford Brookes University. Am I the only one getting worried over the exchange rate? I sure hope Lånekassen spits out some extra cash, or I'll have problems when I get to UK :|

No, I'm very worried. This year I'm going on Erasmus to the UK, so I get the Erasmus money and I don't have to pay tuition fees, but it still feels like we're throwing money out the window -.-

    Heihei

If only I was younger and learning Norwegian was not an issue, Norway would have been one of my top destinations to settle
