Breakfast - Toast with chocolate spread (not nutella, but this deliciously mixed spread with both light + milk)

Lunch - tesco ploughman's sandwich and cheese & onion crisps

Dins - I haven't had it yet, but planning to have a homemade pizza and some waffles.

dinner: 2 mini stuffed mushrooms, some milky stars and 2 packets of crisps

I really like soya+linseed bread. My brother hates it but it feels so healthy.


Anyway.

Brunch. 1 apple

Snacks inbetween. One minicheddars.

Dinner. Rice and spinach stew.

Wondering whether I should have a late night snack or not. Been trying to lose weight but I can't get to sleep being this hungry. Haven't eaten since 7pm.

yesterday I had
breakfast: an apple, banana and peanut butter smoothie
lunch: 2 baked (aka microwaved) sweet potatoes with half a bag of florette salad and homemade mustard & balsamic dressing
dinner: leftover naan bread with lots of hummus and fresh basil and a squeeze of lemon

today I had
breakfast: a slice of granary bread with marmite
lunch: big bowl of fruit and nut muesli with milk and large serving of fresh blueberries and strawberries
snack: 2 carrots
dinner: spinach and ricotta tortellini with black olives, sundried tomatoes and green pepper

yum!

Breakfast: Bowl of crunchy nut with skimmed milk
Lunch: Tomato soup and 2 pumpkin & oat ryvita
Dinner: Huge roast with pork, roast potatoes, parsnips, peas, carrots, kale, stuffing, yorkshire pudding, apple sauce and gravy....
Snacks: A kitkat and lots of tea

Breakfast/lunch (I woke up at 12 in the afternoon)
Cup of coffee and half a cinnamon swirl
Dinner: went to an Italian restaurant and had pine nut raviolli with olives, rocket, goats cheese, spinach and tomatoes. With a salad
Snacks: peach, handful of grapes, handful of blueberries, Doritos, sea salt crisps and diet coke

yesterday:
breakfast: 2 cream crackers (I was really in a rush)
lunch: tortilla wrap with houmous, falafel, cucumber and iceberg lettuce, along with some green grapes on the side
dinner: bell peppers stuffed with quinoa with some turkey chilli sauce on the side
late night snack: builtong!!

Yesterday was the 1 day per week I am vegetarian.
Breakfast : Mashed sweet potato with butter and chives. Celery, tomato and carrot juice with yoghurt.
Lunch : Leek and potato soup. Lettuce, tomato and corn salad. Bread rolls with garlic butter.
Dinner : Lasagne with aubergine, zucchini, 4 cheese and mushrooms, salad and cream of pumpkin soup.

Today.
Breakfast : Bagel and croissant with cream cheese and smoked salmon.
Lunch : Leftovers from yesterday's dinner.
Dinner : Swedish meatballs with gravy, lingonberry jam, boiled potatoes and stewed cabbage. Will also have a cream of tomato soup.

Had quite a few visitors today over meals.

Breakfast, a friend of mine visited me for the last time in a while, he is returning to Australia after 7 years in Norway. I cooked a philly-cheese steak sandwich.

Lunch, my SWMBO had 2 of her closest friends and their partners come over. I served the pulled pork which had taken me a good 38 hours to prepare. She prepared a broccoli, cheese and potato soup. Served it mostly with bread and salad. Also made a chocolate, peanut butter and banana milkshake for everyone. It turned out well but the recipe I followed was a bit too spicy for my taste but everyone loved it.

Dinner, my SWMBO had her mum over. Originally thought there would be enough pulled pork leftover for dinner but there wasn't even a crust left. Made a meatloaf as there was only minced beef in the freezer. Had it with coleslaw, dinner roll and a mashed sweet potato and swede. Topped with gravy. SWMBO made a cheesecake for dessert.

I shall be on diet tomorrow

Breakfast..tea,two Warburtons crumpets with lurpak (onlt the best)

Lunch tea,one banana,two homegrown cherry tomatoes,one whole meal sandwich with tinned line caught tuna in sunflower oil

Breakfast - coco pops with semi-skimmed milk. 2 scrambled eggs with wholemeal toast

Lunch - meat feast pizza (£1.50 in asda!)

Dinner - no idea. Probably chilli con carne

Snacks - strawberry yoghurt, smartie cookie, white grapes

lunch: tomato soup and a toasted wholemeal pitta

dinner: chicken and potato curry

Yesterday :-
Breakfast : Orange, Carrot, Green Apple, Celery and Beetroot juice. French toast with peanut butter and nutella.

Lunch : Spinach and tikka cheese raviolli, a pulled pork korma and mango lhassi.

Dinner : Home made lamb and mint burgers, french fries and Nutella and Oreo milkshakes. Also has a bread and butter pudding for dessert with ginger-chai tea.

Today :-
Breakfast : Carrot, apple and ginger juice. Blueberry and walnut pancakes with maple syrup.

Lunch : Salmon cakes and fries.

Dinner : Roast beef, yorkshire pudding, steamed broccoli and cauliflower and roasted carrots, potatoes and swede. Creme caramel for dessert.

Finally the freezer is completely empty. Can give it a good clean and clear up some spills :P Alas didn't find any treasures or Ben & Jerry's in there

B: 1/2 cup museli, a few raspberries, some almond milk
L: Hummus and lettuce sandwich, 3 cherry tomatoes, a handful of wholegrain crisps
S: 1 Apple and a hand-full of crisps
D: Chicken, potatoes, sweetcorn, peas
S: Greek yoghurt with raspberries, a handful of start cereal

A doughnut, some granola...some pistachios that had a bug in them. I didn't eat the bug but it was a close call.

Today I have fishfingers, curly fries and salad and a fishermans pie.
Food shop tomorrow, never been so excited all I have in the cupboard is sweet chilli sauce
