I have applied to study International Management at Manchester. I achieved AABB in my AS Levels last year and am predicted AAAA. I was wondering whether the fact that i resat my first year of sixth form will hinder my chances of obtaining an offer?

I think it may depend on what circumstances you resat, but I'm sure you will still get an offer

Just over a week ago, it might be because I'm in a relatively unknown system at the moment and so it might have been dealt with differently. Good luck with your application though.

I've applied to BSc (Hons) Biomedical Sciences with Professional Experience. I'm slightly concerned as I got BBBD (B's in Biology, Chemistry, French and D in Maths) and obviously their requirements are higher, plus my teachers have predicted straight B's. I also applied to:

    - Aston
    - Bath
    - Birmingham
    - Bradford (got an interview offer)

I'm really hoping to hear back from Manchester!

    Yours,
    Grey
