    ^ you didn't go! :p:

    Check out this btw: http://www.tvcatchup.com

Friend gave me the link. It's near-live TV (I had a 3 second delay from my TV to this) and it's awesome quality. Will be good if you're in halls. You can get away with not having a TV license as well because their "signal detectors" can't do jack about internet communications
"Near-live" TV still requires a license. I suggest you go and read the licensing legislation before boasting about how you've apparently loop-holed the law.. because you havnt.

Also do you not suspect your uni may be monitoring the connection?

fyi, he doesnt live on halls, but i do, and i use it, but i havent had any issues yet. i know they monitor the usage, but surely this is no different than streaming from any other site, such as youtube.
oh, and matt, think i saw you this morning, but i was a little annoyed, late for my lesson, and was focussing on my phone.
on that note. i need food to make me happy. no breakfast = loss, i need to make up for it

    I don't live on/in halls.

If you want to get into technicalities regarding University connectivity then I can assure you, whilst they do monitor HTTP activity, they won't nor will they care about you streaming. It's no different to streaming a radio or indeed playing a game; except trolls like yourself oppose sites like this because you're free to watch TV without the need of a license (this is probably what offends / upsets you the most) and can't be caught by companies who feel the need to harass people for not having a TV license.

That's the only reply I'm giving you so I'm not wasting any more keystrokes on you - so leave the sub-forum, troll.

Yup! You need 14/36 (12*3) to get a basic 'pass'. This will be the highest mark I'll get I recon so it's a good job I did alright on it. So I need 5 more marks on the next 2 papers to get the basic pass

anyway do we need to keep some form of portfolio for this and maths, ie: will they check all of this work later on?
oh and i got an email about doing a skilltest. wtf is that about?
oh, and the TSR rules suck. i got warned for posting the link you gave me in another thread lol. im only on this crappy website because this thread pwns all.
