Was only a matter of time.

I'm glad it was him and not the Russian. At least he has a decent history with sports clubs.

      Kroenke - 29.9%
      Usmanov - 27%+
      Nina Bracewell-Smith - 15.9%
      Danny Fiszman - 16.1%

Who owns the other circa 10%?

Nina has said for some time that she is willing to sell so Danny Fiszman always had the control in any decision since he would push anyone over 50% but Usmanov has enough to block anyone reaching over 75% and no one is going to get to 90%.

I only point those out because someone can get control but can't get to 75% to pass special resolutions and no one is going to get to 90% to force out the minority..

What do you guys know about Kroenke? And what do you think of him?

e: Just to clarify what Zerforax said, if someone gets 75% they can delist the club as an exchange-listed company (so there is no point owning the other 25% as you the majority shareholder can stop you getting any dividends etc), and if someone gets 90% they can force the other 10% to sell their shares. But neither of those situations will arise here unless Usmanov allows it, basically.

I'd be interested in hearing Gunners' thoughts on this!

Better than Uszmanov. He has a very good sport's ownership track record. May also have the balls to stand up to Wenger.
