How big are the teams on the corp structuring of IBD side? How does it differ compared to the structuring teams in S&T? thanks
very small and specialist, can't give specific numbers, they work within DCM in their hedging solutions teams

s&t structurers would have a considerable amount more

baml final round invite, any advice?
My BAML was all done in one day so I guess it's a bit different

But, I had 3 interviews. One 'competency' 2 'technical'

    Competency is standard
One of the technical interviews is a case study and you aren't given much time but make sure you understand the financial statements well
For the other, just be quite precise because if you say anything, they will follow up
E.g, "you mention WACC, what is it exactly, if I give you these numbers could you calculate it? Ok, do it then (ie on a piece of paper actually do it by hand)"
They give the offer quickly which is good
Know about the BoA ML merger and work on be confident and know why BAML/why banking properly ie not just some watery BS answer
Oh, and know a recent deal very well ie rationale, whether you thought it was a good or bad deal, share price before, day after deal announcement, where it's trading know etc etc

All I can think of, at the moment. Good luck

You seem to know quite a lot about various spring weeks. In what banks did you end up getting summer offers for?

For those BAML applications, I did not find a place to submit my CV. Is this correct or is my app centre bugged or something?

no not yet. For the spring ones they didn't respond for 2 months, so I don't think we will hear until May.
