For the very last question I found V as an exact value, then did point testing with integer solutions around it, subbing them back into the inequalities to see if they satisfy. In the end I got 11,4 or something. Then the last part asked for the COST. This really tripped me up and I was about to cross everything out but I then decided to sub 11 and 4 into the cost inequality that you found out in part a) or something, did anyone else get the same?

Also, for the 24y - x => 24 did anyone else get the line going through 0,1, and 24,2? that was the only way to get it on with a gradient of 1/24, please let me know if you put the same.
thats right
2. where to find the unofficial mark scheme anyone?
3. (Original post by ISAAQAHELP)
no i dont think so cause you use that when you try to find the right integers 24x+65y<520 and then you right the max capacity
anyways even if i was wrong how many marks would i loose because when i did the method i did write the cost in table.
You use that formula to find out the exact value but then you had to find the integers buy trying out various points around the max vertex. Then you put the values into 24x+65y to find the cost.
I'm pretty sure that was it anyway.

dont think u had to say that thought it just said "how many does he need to buy"?

also I got 5 workers minimum bound at time T = 12.5 days
I got 5 aswell!!!!

Wrong again.

How can you even give capacity when it just gives you their relative capacities (i.e. one being 50% more than the other)

i did this: objective line C=x+1.5y
the i got: 11 standard and 4 deluxe
then i wrote: C=(11)+1.5(4)=17

i didn't actually write capacity = 17

do you think i still would get the marks?
6. How many critical activities did you guys get

24x+65y was not the objective line i doubt they did that that would be too different from past papers.

Yes, i remember getting confused when i saw cost so i just substituted my integer values for V to the cost equation in part a. Is that right? What did you get?
I think i got 480 because the coordinates were something like (11,4)

yeah i had that line through those points

you had to sub 11,4 back into the other inequality that they made you find with the given budget... sorry mate but that will only be the last accuracy mark I suppose, you got the points right!
11. how many marks was flow chart
12. did anyone get c= 1.5x + y
13. For the y value of V I got 280/59, anyone could confirm or correct me ?
14. i accidentally took the q paper out of the exam hall ahahah

Four? I think?

16. Does anyone remember what they got for values of w x y z
17. (Original post by mathsisjust)
How many critical activities did you guys get
can't remember but there were 2 critical activities happening around 12.5, along with 3 other activities hence minimum workers = 5

why are they doing this to me!!!!!!

now 69/75 if i didn't get prims wrong would that still be 90UMS+?

Got something over 59 so with you on that

I got this as well. And then 624/59 for the X coordinate
