Chimps could've done a better job. Who goes to Mayfair and St James' for products when they have to spend the least amount possible?
All of the candidates are terrible, just terrible. Last year each competitor had things that made you believe they could actually win the series. Minus Melody and Jim it looks as if each competitor cannot win even if all the others were wiped out :dontknow:

These lot are terrible. Do you remember this task last year? Jamie literally shouted at people in order to get a discount, and did it will. Chris lied and lied and did it very well getting huge amounts of discount. That Susan got a penny discount and was actually happy about it. ****ing idiot, this year isn't too great.
This. I know it's three weeks in but this year's batch seems to be by far the worst yet. Only Jim, some of the boys and maybe one or two of the girls have shown any flashes of genius. I'm very disappointed but I'll settle for being entertained by their stupidity. You just reminded me how ho much I do miss last year's shows though... Chris' lying skills were so epic

Yeah like by this time last year we had seen Stella and Liz' serious potential, "The Brand" had dropped a few one liners on us as well as Chris, Marine Chris and Jamie seeming as though they could win too. This year it's like; "erm Jim, Melody... erm who the **** are you guys?" Last year was amazing though, think it will be hard to beat ever.

Not surprised to see that she's actually made a reference to a league table ranking for her university
That's pure TSR-esque right there :p:

I was impressed with Susans leadership style it suited the venture team very well because they listened to her at the end they had a plan and executed it well ofcourse they had a bit of luck at the end to win by £8. :teehee:

Yeah I don't like her either. It looked like she was going to burst into tears when Sugar was asking her questions, god forbid what she'd be like if he gave her a proper beasting over something.

Susan's leadership style wasn't bad, however it's how the team should be led in this task - she'd only have to watch previous seasons to work it out - Find some products, get out on the streets as early as possible. Negotiate. However her negotiation skills were weak as hell, and the places she was going too were idiotic too. If the team lost, which luckily they didn't, she would've gone for bad negotiation and store picking.

Also Vincent looks uncannily like Zlatan Ibrahimovic, the AC Milan striker;

Brothers?

Although I dislike Vincent and he annoys me, I must say he has swagger in them suits.

Well, it was good to actually see some of the girls and get their names today, I think I can finally name every contestant.

I thought Zoe would've gone, but he's probably giving her a chance to come out of her shell, down to what Karren said. Also, I have no idea what Ellie was on about with Vincent. Yeah, he said can he speak to them on the phone, but she actually gave him the phone. :lolwut:

I'm starting to get favourites now, too, and I find Natasha really annoying.

I see next week's task involves feet. :afraid::indiff:

First of all, Gavin did not deserve to go; he gave good instructions and good leadership, he managed his part of the two teams well. Vincent went renegade, ****ed up his sub-team ... and then got away with it! I liked Gavin in this episode, really warmed to him as a person. He punished himself too much for failings that weren't his and was nice to his team, he didn't like it that Vincent had demeaned the others. Quite sad he's gone.

That said, Vincent did provide us with such phrases as "In charge of three strong ladies" (sounds like an interview with a male porn actor) and the wonderful "Called the toilet guy". Can see him being good for some humour. Within that last three, Zoe seemed far too passive.

Who else...? I like that Susan made money then helped her mum pay off her mortgage. It really winds me up when you hear of people that get money then abandon their family, so I'm pleased she didn't. Also liked Helen when she added that Jim was good at leading his sub-team, that was good. The bad: Felicity and her outrage at the lack of discounts - she's taken them to exclusive outlets, they aren't going to discount her. What the hell did she think was going to happen!?

And Tom... So sweet: loved him running around the shop, he was carrying all the heavy things, he's so lovely to the other people. He seemed panicked when given the opportunity to insult someone else, which any of the others would have taken gladly. He knew he was pronouncing 'cloche' correctly, but corrected himself. Reminds me of some sort of Victorian mad scientist.
