    Surprised with them myself. Training has been very sporadic the past few months, pleasantly surprised to have maintained strength, let alone be hitting a few PBs.

    Just haven't been benching much the past few months, regressed as a result. Been ill this week (still not 100%), and I've dropped my calories down too, yesterday it was just HEAVY.

    It will be back to it's glory soon. Hopefully... :ashamed2:
