Hi everyone, just received my offer for Ancient History at Durham, asking for AAA. Dunno how to feel, as I initially applied for Ancient, Medieval and Modern History. My other 4 offers are all 'History' so i'm not sure what to do. I really need to look into the courses more. Relieved I have heard back from all 5 now. Also, when do we hear from colleges, since it's past 1st March now?

When I got the email about college allocation it said that people who got their offers by 1st February would find out their college by the 1st of March, and anyone who got their offer after the 1st of February they would be allocated their colleges 'regularly' after the 1st of March. So it's not too clear as to when you'll find out but it should be soon - hope this helps

I'm going to the Monday/Tuesday post application open day at St Chad's and it says on the open day guide that there is a formal dinner. It says girls should wear a "dress, skirt or trousers and blouse". Does anyone know whether they mean a business style/office outfit or a dress up/party outfit?

Cool! I think I'm going to the Monday-Tuesday residential, couldn't decide if I should do the residential or not as I've got a long way to come, but I think its probably worth it! x
