Hi I'm going to start and unofficial markscheme so add your answers
Reps are not necessary but would be appreciated

It would be really useful if you could remember the question numbers
1. Order numbers correctly and include a key
b) 0.45
2a. 30abc
b. 3(y+2)
c. x^2-3x
3. x=9.25
4. Smallest packet was best value for money because it was cheapest per bag of crisps
5. Green- 0.09 Red- 0.36
6a. 20.3
b. 68.04kg
c. 2.61m
7. 3.8
8a. 4:3
b. 480 pixels
9.x= 124 degrees
10. 7.92
11.£42.29
12. x=144 degrees
13.
-2 -1 0 1 2
-1 3 1 -1 3
Draw curve
14. 3 Bars
15. No, because 7766.22 was greater than 7500 pounds
16. 128g
b.11g
17. 30.1
18. 10a^5b^4
b. y= 5p^2-x
19.11 males
20. x= 0.29 or x= -2.29
21. 29.25
22. F.d- 1.6, 3.2, 2.4, 1.8, 0.3
23. -1/3x+4
24. 2x/(x+1)(x-1)
25. 80.4

Yo, I was wondering, for the last question I put 73.1 degrees which I know is wrong, however, the only reason why i got it wrong is because when I subbed in the values into the formula for the area of a triangle, for some strange reason I did cos inverse instead of sin inverse giving me 50 degrees instead of 40. The rest of my method was correct do you think I will only lose 1 mark?
Hey guys for the last question i got 80.8 is that still correct? My freidns said it was 80.4

do you think i would get the mark for 1/(-3x-4) instead of -1/(3x+4)??

I got 81.5 man💔

Yeah, i think they might accept a range because the question had a lot of steps and I think I just couldn't be bothered writing and typing all the digits so just put it to 4 decimal places.

A pentagon has an interior angle of 108. If the lines are lines of symmetry, then they would bisect the interior angle, making the angles either side of the line 54. The triangles made by the lines of symmetry are right angled triangles, therefore the other angle must be 180 - (54 + 90), which is 36. 36 is the angle in the middle, so the opposite angle must be 36. In total, it's 72. To find the rest, you subtract 72 from 360, and you get 288. X is half of that, since they're opposite angles, so the answer is 144.

If all the method was correct but you got the wrong answer then you only lose one mark. I got 80.8 and people are telling me my answer is wrong too :frown:
Is this markscheme foundation

I MAY lose one accuracy mark. However, it is not like I rounded to the nearest whole number or anything so I still like my chances (3 significant figures is generally ok to round to). It doesn't really matter anyway, I'm already well above the A* boundary.

You WILL lose one accuracy mark for rounding too early but you will get the 3sf rounding mark
Can anyone remember what the bounds question said? I know the answer was 29.25 but i don't know if thats what I got so I want to re-work it out

Anyone know if the paper is going to be posted with full workings like last time with the non calculator?

ugh i rounded the gallons to 4 and the litres to 19 for the Collins question and got £43.51. You can't possibly get 18.1 litres of petrol exactly can you?

There will absolutely not be a range. They will expect you to input the number as a fraction instead of inputting all the decimal places. The correct answer is 80.4.
Also, is there a range for Q11 because I think I put £42.28? I may have rounded up wrong?

I got 40.0 too...
Working back from 1/2absinC

you've got to do _= 1/2absin C
so 2_=8x7sinC
then 2_/56= sinC
sin^-1(2_/56)

then you do a whole bunch of other stuff and i've forgot about it aha
