Has anyone else got their predicted grades yet, being in Year 10? My parents just went off to a Year 10 Parent meeting and apparently they're meant to be getting my predicted grades based on work from Y7-9 depending on the subject.....

It's a bit early for predicted grades, being half a term into Y10, no? O_O
Not yet. Soon though. I have some target grades but yeah... That's it.

Woah so early! Even until after Year 11, our school never gave us predicted grades... lol
Parents got home. Grades are predicted off some MIDYIS test which we did in Y7 (which I totally remember doing).....

Got predicted generally all A*/As, and 43% chance of A* in Latin o_o - my highest of all subjects wth

At the end of the day the only thing that matters are the grades you end up with. I'm sure you'll be one of those crazy people who get featured on your school website about how amazing you did. :yep:

I should have been. Was predicted A* in every subject. Had targets of A*. Then mental health issues hit. Ended up not getting a single A*. :sigh:

Aha thanks but we have people getting 10A*s every year and like 80%+ get loads of A*/A so I doubt I'll be featured in the Sept 2016 newsletter

IKR. It's quite freaky that they're predicting grades off a year 7 IQ type test too o_o

Not surprised that I've got like 40% A in English Lang and Lit XDXDXD

Thank you to everyone who helped out with the stress thing a few days ago.

I've posted the first thread here (if you're nosey and want to know about me, that'll be like a paradise for you): http://www.thestudentroom.co.uk/show...5#post50859845

So if you are feeling down at school at the moment/overworked, you may wish to have a read of my experiences. Or if you just want to know about my life, there you go.

Alternatively, if any of you want to do something similar, feel free to make a post on the thread (don't let it die too soon :emo:) or ask any questions.
