Did you make it on to his new accounts friends?
He didn't add me but so many mutual friends.

To be fair, I speak to the guy in real life more than I do on Facebook if I see him, I'm not a Facebook guy in terms of communication, I don't like it. That said in real life I tend to be a quiet person.

Met a revert brother in the mosque on Wednesday. Aged 18 and had been thrown out of his house and disowned by his family.

Made me think how easy many of us have it.

    فَبِأَيِّ آلَاءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ

So which of the favours of your Lord would you deny?

We take so much for granted. May Allah bless the brother.

SubhanAllah massive earthquake hit Nepal. 700 hundred dead. I'm so shocked I feel sick. Just a few days ago, I was contemplating when Allah would cause an earthquake to happen again. Allahu akbar.

What did you say to him? Is he in a decent position despite being chucked out?

Apparently as Assad's dogs fled from some place in Syria, they massacred people at the local hospital before they went. Really don't know how some Muslims back this tyrant.

    That's what brothers are for

None of you will have belief until you love for your brother what you love for yourself

Well for you. For believers, it's nothing more than an eeman booster. Perceive it as something that reminds you of the Power of Allah, and death. Also the day of judgement, and the punishment of the grave. Seek His forgiveness, beg for His mercy. And remember, you, or I, could be next.
