I'm sorry if this has already been asked but I have a question. My course is in clearing (which I imagine isn't a good sign) but it's only available to international students and is closed to home students. Should I look upon this just the same as it being in clearing or are international and home students considered separately at this stage if you know what I mean?

I'm wondering exactly the same thing!

Really excited but really nervous at the same time... It is a very weird sensation
I keep thinking to myself "yes when I open my results and they are exactly what I need I am going to shout 'f*** yeah!'"

Then I remind myself to not get too excited, and then I calm down and think about if I don't get what I need.

And I fluctuate between ecstasy and misery :L

Good luck for those. Do you need the standard 1, 1 for Cambridge Maths?
Yep. I sat all three STEP papers though.

If the A2 cohort is big, then they are allowing for time to help with sorting people out who didn't quite get the grades, because there will be a lot of people that will be in a very bad place tomorrow, and they will need all the support they can get.
Yup I hate that I have to wait so long, but really A2 is definitely without a doubt more important, I just hope the same time scales apply next year when I am in A2.

Fortunately I was in the first year in the sixth form at my school, so last year I had to do no waiting, and this year no waiting either

Why is it a bad thing if your course is in clearing? (If it's a bad thing in the first place.)
