Get Meyler off the pitch. His eye is sealed shut.

And people wonder why Jacks is so injury prone. After 5 months out he's barely been on the pitch 5 minutes and he's charging Hull's defensive line as if this is rugby union. It really is hard to hate Jack

Coq has been pretty poor today tbh, it's forgiveable, but worrying, hope he doesn't get too comfortable

city do have 3 winable fixtures.. and just came through there most tough away fixture left on paper against spurs.. so I am really not to confident on 2nd without taking anything from the united game. Point there and its sorted though.

+ yep, but we said that last year, that this year should be a challenge, and it has not been - so, I wont make any big predictions/hopes until I see what happens in the transfer window..

If united + city + chelsea all spend well.. its going to be tough.
you can definitely get a point from united.
    definitely.
although maybe i'm not the go-to guy for predicting united scores...

sanchez has had a massive influence though - bring in 2 or 3 players and you're golden.

it's never going to be easy winning a PL title when you have those teams to compete with.
but unless we have another massively unexpected season like last year, i don't see us getting close to top 4.

Hardly a massive step up, it's changing one fixture really, we finished 3 off 3rd and are still likely to finish on the same number of points as last season
well it is though - nobody remembers the points; they only care about the place.

2 FA Cups in a row and PL runners up?
absolutely excellent for morale and gives a real boost to next season - i hope you challenge nicely.

second half has been so 'meh'

Really dont like it when we are up at half time, and then do not push on for a high score.

Just because nobody remembers points doesn't alter whether the team has improved or not, statistically speaking, the only thing that has changed this season, is that we've become even bigger flat track bullies and aren't getting dicked on quite so much away against the top 5.

2nd and 2 FA Cups is progress, 3rd not so much imo.

I'm starting to think that our main summer aim should be to keep all our players tbh, if we can keep players like Walcott and Wilshere whilst adding a couple of players and we'll potentially have the best SQUAD in the league.

Yep, we've got quite lucky tbh, Ozil Sanchez, Rambo and Cazorla have all been good.

Nice to see Wilshere back too, and Walcott on, hopefully Welbeck can stay injured for a few more games...

Good to see Arsenal fans with their banner protesting about Hull's ticket pricing. Shame there was no boycott like the Liverpool game, but each to their own of course.

Spirited second half from Hull, but it wasn’t really in doubt.
