    At the office 40+ hours a week, college 5 hours a week, + revision. Not really had much energy or desire to train recently. Interest in lifting has come back though, and work is a bit more relaxed now, so should get back into the swing of things.

    I know that feel bro.

    Been there. Last month or so especially. Feeling like getting back into it properly soon though.


    I've kept my eye in with 3 small sessions a week but the enthusiasm hasn't been there.

    Sucks. Work is a gains killer.

    I'm fortunate in that my office is a 5min walk from the gym, so I can go at lunch for 30-40 mins and at least get a little bit done, but it's bare minimum bro stuff.
