    Though I was more surprised about grip than getting 180x5 up. Not looking forwards to squatting tomorrow or sat though lol

    Ran to work yesterday.

    Gym today, deads (light - up to 140x8), press 40 4x8, squats up to 120 3x5 and then DB bench 24s 3x8, 28s 2x8.

    Bit of a mis-mash dependent upon what was free as gym was rammed.

    Ran home. Exhausted.
