"J.B Priestley uses ‘An Inspector Calls’ written in 1946 butset back in 1912 to voice his socialist views about how he feels the world would develop after world war two and as a warning that if the ruling classes do notchange their selfish beliefs we could see another war happen, which was very topical at the time written with the invention of the atomic bomb."

Not relevant to the question. It's specifically asking what Mr Birling and Sheila have learnt, not what was Priestley's view on Political Ideology. You could link it to their lesson at the conclusion but I don't think it's appropriate for the start.

"The play is centred on the Birling family whom we see each breakdown with the arrival of the elusive character of the Inspector who has arrived to make each member learn oftheir mistakes."

It isn't necessary to introduce the play, since the examiners are fully aware that the play is based on the Inspector and the Birling Family. You'd be wasting time writing this part in the exam.

"This essay will focus on the two protagonists Mr Birling and Sheila Birling and how their characters develop in the play and what they are taught by the Inspector."

This is what my ex English Teacher calls a posh cough. Don't state what you're going to do, just do it! It's just repeating the question.
Ahh ok so its basically just the introduction? And the posh cough thing means I shouldnt put in this essay I will explore ways...
Thanks again this is really helping xx

No, I hate the subject! I am doing French, but when you get into the art room or wherever you're doing, just relax and draw, panicking will only make any artwork worse - relax!
