I am pretty sure mcq - 3 is C.. By simply comparing the two waves you see that X reaches trough faster than Y so this means it is ahead of it... Maybe I am wrong,
so what do u think?

I Don't remeber the question well, but if it was a choice of increase or decrease, I believe it was decreased
