Yupp it all counts as experience :biggrin: .... that reminds me I volunteered at my hospice this morning and I was in the EMI unit (dementia care ) and it had just turned 8 oclock I turned a corridor to find one of the woman residents strolling around naked O.O ,,,,, I nearly died :L

hahaha basically if you do, you need to know you see anything ....

I once saw a woman pick up a plank of wood( with a nail) in it she found (somehow) in the garden and attack a relatively new worker ..... then in a couple of hours time she picked a little coffee table up and started swinging it around O.o
