      :yep:

Don't say, "Oh thank God, never liked him/her anyway."
Unless the person you're talking to also thought the deceased was a douche.

Say to who? The bereaved? Say "you're sorry for their loss". Formulaic, yeah, but they know that the sentiment is there. If they're someone you're close to you could also add something like "if there's anything I can do "
but meaningless sentiments help no-one, amirite? :awesome::rofl:

I'll try my best to fill that hole :ahee:
          /A_master

          They've stopped crying now anyway

It's only meaningless if you are just saying it for the sake of it. If you're only saying it for the sake of it then you should just not say anything.

Just before I left for lunch, I put my unfinished can of Blue Bolt in an empty Mini Cheddars tin, to see if it would keep the fizz. It did. I think it's a discovery worth noting.

              Chicken and pasta

                    I honestly don't know! I should tbh, but I don't :ashamed2:

It's still atmospheric pressure in the tin, so bubbles would get released into the air... but I suppose there's no air flow/convection... but I'm not sure how they affect the loss of fizz :dontknow:

Is it right that circumstances can affect someone's mood so much? It seems like a natural thing... but is it right? Should we let that happen?! :hmmmm2:

I'd have thought because there was no air flow there was no extra space for the bubbles to escape to :nooo:

well I guess the tin is virtually airtight

but because the bubbles were forced into the drink under a pretty high pressure, I think they wouldn't have minded a slight increase in air pressure after they escaped.
