I prefer a more PBL course, i like the city and campus seems good (though i need an open day to confirm) and its close enough in case i have to commute

my others are Sheffield and Manchester, unsure on my fourth as it was HYMS but maybe not now
I think I'm going for manch newcastle Imperial and Aberdeen!

do you have volunteering ? if not i'd get that sorted straight away!

as for EC's its not my strong point have you done Dof E award ? or NCS ?
D of E is useless unless it's at gold! Look what the unis say the skills they require and how you can demonstrate them

I agree but you can at least use examples from it for your PS without mentioning the level or the whole DofE itself ?

For medicine I'd try to do something more relevant which demonstrates these skills

Turns out it's a lot more involved to write as well! My straight A* friend was told as the essay stood it wouldn't gain more than a D, I'm scraping at a B, but that's not good enough, my supervisors helping in what to change, I'll keep you informed!
