There are a buttload of differences from the book and the movie. It's ridiculous.

Lol, just did search and it turns out it's the same guy from the prev movie: Logan Lerman.

    Spoiler:

movie was disgustingly bad and hated it from start to end. Why can't they follow the book? A fight with Ares near the sea would've been immense :coma: but no he just bursts a water tank and can't even drown Luke who is still alive even though he gets thrown into the sea????

Agreed though by the fifth movie he'll look like a proper man even though he's 16 in the book :erm:

Vlad, they got one win during the meet but only one.

I think normally they get 400+ and their yearly highscores during meets.

I'm suprised he let it happen tbh, doubt it'll affect his readers but it certainly pissed me off

Also hate how it's constantly compared to HP

I imagine it will affect the number of readers who go and see the remaining film(s)

I don't think it makes sense to compare it tbh.

I'm definitely not seeing any of them anymore. A kraken??????!!!!!! :lolwut:

Yeah exactly unfortuantely film critics have not read the PJ books and so think it's some rip off version of HP (3 main characters with 2 of them in love, one provides comic relief) it's the way the movies are made there's no depth in them

    A kraken?

Yeah, the movies are similar, but then, all the depth and complexities are taken out of both PJ and HP films.

In the second movie trailer isn't that a kraken near the end?

PJ suffers more purely because it's lesser well known and so people assume that's just the book.
