    :woo: Offer from Bristol!

Just Durham left to respond now
Yey congrats! Wow almost all of them now - I hear that Durham seem to take their time to hand out offers, no doubt some will go mad with fear in the meantime! That is exactly what's happening with me and Kings, why won't they reply already?! *wallows in self doubt* :argh:

I've always had the feeling that Durham like to first drive their applicants mad with fear before they finally give them an offer.

That or they're just taking their time, but the former is a much more intriguing explanation.
Indeed, lets go with the second explanation

Just had my C3+4 mock today and my god the amount of silly mistakes, such as thinking 2^1/3=8 or doing u substitution and not changing it back afterwards XD. To be honest for 10 mins of revision over the 2 weeks holiday I think I did okay.

    It's not fun.
    Really.
It was last year, when we had decent teachers.

Fancy doing my work whilst I download old R&B music to feed me soul tomorrow at 5AM when I have to get up for college? No? OK.

You'll get an offer, don't worry about it. Is it your ideal firm, if you don't mind me asking?

In reality a 50p coin is just a piece of metal, yet we associate its shape, weight and colour with value.

So is it really just a physical object, or is it deeply rooted into the spiritual sides.

For some it's a lifeline, for others it's just money...

    Dundundun.

    :mmm:

    Best answer would be:
"It is not my opinion that matters but yours."

Haha, yeah. A shame the teacher doesn't even read them properly.
I'm going to bed now, probably the earliest I've been in months.
    Good night ^^

Also, is it bad that I really want to make a thread in the "TSR New Year Transformation Contest" section where I buy a cake every day and take photographs to post there?

I can imagine a philosophy interview being miles worse than most subjects.
So much pressure to sound, erm, philosophical.
I could just see my face going blank for a whole 30 seconds then looking at them like 'wat. more time pls.'

It seems to attract the eccentrics, well, not me. But my teacher did use to begin each lesson by saying that he'd been wasted as a human and should have been born a stoat.
