Nah, hit 3rm Squat and 1rm press the day before, then crap sleep etc then big bench and deadlift pb.
Job is a lot of sitting there which helps recovery a lot I guess.
Awww . Didn't have time to sleep, or just couldn't? If it makes you feel better I've been sleeping like a baby recently and with a crazy amount of vivid dreams that I can remember when I wake up. So much fun .
