In fact the only Fulham fan I can think of is Terry McCann from Minder, but even he used to go to Stamford Bridge now and again...

Also the rapper 'Example'. But tbh If youre from West there are only 2 real options. Chelsea for the glory and QPR for the atmosphere/authenticity. Fulham have all the drawbacks of a successful team with none of the benefits. Nice ground though still

Giroud is convincing me more and more every game. Still not completely sure he's the main man to take us to the top, but he is a superb target man, hold up player and has an amazing touch and control on him. Podolski was impressive too and I don't know why he isn't used more. He's anonymous for a lot of the game, but a lethal finisher when it counts. Plus he puts the effort in tracking back to cover for Gibbs. I don't see any sense in putting Cazorla over him in the wing.

Szczesny has really done well these past two games given the ton of criticism he's received. And our makeshift CB Sagna has ironically been very solid.

The area we really need to go for is a DM destroyer IMO. You cannot play a Ramsey-Wilshere-Cazorla type trinity and expect that to work against better teams. We were defensively solid today, but they are too similar players to work on both sides of the ball.

Hit and miss. He either takes the ball down like Bergkamp or just completely fails to trap the ball. getting better though and great today, crucial to our counter attacking game.

Hopefully not a repost, Wenger :awesome:

LONDON, England (AFP) – Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger says his pursuit of Liverpool striker Luis Suarez is like chatting up a member of the opposite sex, but admits he is braced for disappointment.
The London club have had two bids for the Uruguay international rejected and Suarez has now been linked with a move to Real Madrid, but Wenger says he will not feel too downhearted if that happens.
"That can happen. You've certainly tried to go out with a girl, but find she has chosen someone else. You don't commit suicide," he said.
"I don't want to speak in detail about what has happened. One day, why not? But now it's not the moment to talk about that. I just said it's over. We have to get on with our lives."

If Fulham's attacking players were on song then we wouldn't have won that game. I was cringing every time Ramsey went forward, leaving the back four exposed. Still so surprised that we haven't signed a specialist DM, it's just a glaring weakness that needs to be resolved. Cabaye is not the answer imo, we have Wilshere, Ramsey and Arteta who are similar to him. The target should be someone like Lars Bender, if he costs £25m we should pay it because it is such an important position, especially against the bigger teams.

As a heterosexual man, Giroud is hot. I think it's his new found confidence - confidence is sexy.

Good result, never an easy place to go to. This week has been just what the doctor ordered after the Villa debacle. Our bench was worryingly inexperienced/young apart from Nacho, Fabianski and Wilshere though, we can't go doing that ever week.

Tbh his defensive work is impressive much more hassling than rvp did. He's problem is conversion rate, he gets in right places but last season it would take 3/4 good chance before he scored or hit target. This preseason and these last few games he's improved.
