    Why only machine weights tho? You won't get any gains by using them only. You have to use them in combination with free weights for optimal results.

    I did get a little bit of noticeable gain around my upper chest area, but I will follow your advice by adding free weights into the mix too. :yes:

    Yeah it has to be done, especially if you are going to be joining a football team in the next couple of weeks, and don't want that thing of being the only one in the team without decent looking legs.
