I wish I never discovered TSR at all. I'd probably have stuck with music, joined an orchestra and lived happily ever after.
What did you do, and how did TSR influence it?

Oh, sod it - if many people are going to ask, I may as well share:

I applied for maths in the beginning and got my offers back ... when I realised I didn't want to do maths, or rather didn't want to do the jobs most maths graduates go into (I enjoy maths itself.) I wanted to do optometry, but didn't have the right subjects for it, but I decided to withdraw from my offers and use Clearing to try it.

Have a feeling people on TSR might have urged me to not reject LSE for the possibility of going to Anglia Ruskin.
you have no idea how many people you have offended on TSR by rejecting LSE

I was thinking of taking a poll once, but it seemed a tad self-indulging.

Do you know how many people I've offended on TSR? :ninja:

Speaking as an applicant this cycle, I'm really glad I joined TSR, although I've yet to pluck up the courage and enter the religion forums :p:
The PS helper was a really big advantage to me and I like meeting my potential classmates at university on the threads, everyone's been really nice so far ^^ (Well aside from one person who evidently didn't agree with my views on EMA but hey ho)

Yes, people would have almost definitely commented on that ... and, whilst it makes sense and is something I would mention to someone in the same situation, the question is whether they'd go to LSE either way.
To be fair, I'd have probably thought something along the lines of 'seeing as she doesn't want her offer, maybe she can give it to me' :p:
