Not going to the gym today (friday), i'll go on saturday - should be able to get more sleep, and will try 125 dead again doing it first - if i dont hit it (i reckon 80% i wont get it) i'll go bak to normal SS and try to get my squat moving up again

Dont go in with a negative attitude, your setting yourself up to fail. Your lifts are strong IMO but you wont be able to improve 5KG every session. So if youve found you truely are stalling just reset or find a new programme that will help you go further. ss only gets you so far.

    good luck beasing it saturday.

i wouldnt say its a negative attitude its just what i think - i can guess quite well when im not going to be able to lift something now and 125 felt really really heavy last time - i dont think im through with SS yet though, i reckon ive got another couple months or so on it, with a continued bulk.
I think im quite lucky in that i dont care about my weight (others want to keep theirs down for a certain sport or w/e) so i hope ill find it easier to keep gaining.

EDIT: Oh and im weighing in at about 13 stone 3 ish on a morning now - = 186lbs or 84kg

I forgot how hards squats are... its kind of a mental thing, with deadlift I just go for it, whereas with squats each time before i go down (no homo) i think i might not be able to get back up (even with the fail rails there)

****ing hate OHP - Linear Progression has just completely failed for it.

You starting to think about after SS? - I'm thinking ill run HST

With squat i'm normally just thinking "i'll definately get these 5" then i'll get them but if i'm not sure i'll often fail halfway...

I did hate OHP but mine is suddenly starting to pick up.
Tried 45 for the first time the other day and hit 5,5,3 will be going for 47.5 today. Will be epic...

I'm thinking of just changing up SS a bit more with some more volume on all the upper body stuff... Changing to a new program sounds like effort. Gradual change will work well i reckon. I'm in the gym in like 2 hours so should be good.

its good to switch things up a little bit as it stimulates growth, but you dont have to throw SS out of the window completly. Ive read in some places its good to switch bench for dips for like a month then go back to bench and youll find you can progress further on it. stuff like that, no doubt some1 will pipe in and say im wrong though.

Don't think dips can replace bench entirely...
I have seen some recommend to switch it up occasionally, buts thats not why i'm thinking of changing soon - its cos im more of an aesthetics/size guy and SS is a strength programme

dont they recommend that you stick with strength programmes till you get to bw bench, 1.5 bw squat and 1.5-2 bw deadlift, before moving to an aesthetics/size program.

Maybe swap to something like 5/3/1 or WS4SB if your after something which isnt SS

They do indeed - my squat is 15kg off 1.5xBW , dead is 30kg off 2xbw and bench is 15kg - i dont think im going to wait until ive hit them all, but i might wait until one of the falls
