I tried training before riding once and I literally couldn't finish the ride. I have to do it the other way around now, better to be unable to finish a set in the gym than a ride in the middle of nowhere!

I started late again and didn't get a great session in, unfortunately I have to start revision or training when I get home and do the other one later on, whichever I do later suffers. I did push ups, barbell bench presses, chest press on the multi gym and dumbbell floor presses.

Saw a doctor about my clicking joints, she said it's okay so long as there's no pain but to take it a bit easier. Looking forward to training again.
