been on ICF for a week, at 71KG:

    bench press: 50KG 1RM
    barbell rows: 43KG 5x5
    military press: 37KG 5x5

cant deadlift or squat yet, i work out at home

bench press used to be 32KG 1RM lol
That military press would equal more than a 50kg 1RM.

And you can deadlift and squat with DBs or whatever you're benching with.

Just power clean it up then squat it.

I only have 50KG of weights, I train in my room lol. I have to use 2 chairs for bench pressing.

I dont have enough weight for heavy deadlifts, I tried squatting in my room, never again...

Do you really think my 1RM for military press would be 50KG? 37KG feels really heavy, even on the first set.

And women who dress provocatively are also responsible for their own sexual assault?
Women who dress provocatively should not complain about being called 's luts'.

Rape is a completely different thing, I would doubt clothing choice would spur them on to commit a crime that would land them in jail for the best part of a decade.

I was thinking of doing high volume dl's.

Whats your height and weight, and what are your 5x5 or 1RM maxes for:

    Squat?
    Bench?
    Deadlift?
    Military Press?
    Barbell row?

You called the thread "ask a heterosexual anything" - if you don't want to make a big fuss about it then why did you make that the name of your thread?

Cheers man, the uni is too far away for me to train frequently though.
I was wondering, how much does it cost if to train there if I did go to study at Sussex uni?

£150, for a year. Think they may be putting it up to 170.

Even if not regularly you could come for a few sessions. 'the gym' down by the beach is cheap.

    Pretty cheap.

Might train there in the holiday then.

Do you grunt in the gym?
Ive got a habit of grunting/shouting when grinding out those last few reps, cant imagine this going down well in a gym lol.

Not intentionally. Sometimes but don't tend to get any reaction of others.

If you train there and are serious about lifting I could introduce you to the strong guys.
