I think this is the motivation I've been looking for! I got AABC at AS and I'm carrying on the ABC (Sociology, English Language and History) and I aim for AAA/A*AB with the help of a few retakes! (or maybe even A*AA if we're really optimistic! )

    Heey!

I would like to get an

A/B in History which I'm sorta ify and but'y I'll get, the highest I've achieved in History was a B.

An A in Science ( Physics, Chem and Biology ), again the highest I've achieved in Science is a B

    I'm sort of a Straight B student 😳

I'd like to at the least get a B in Maths but would also be happy to get a C because I'm not a math whiz.

I'd like to get a B at the least in Business Studies hopefully.

I'd like to get a A* in Health and Social Care, my highest was a A.

To put it short, I'd like B-A's in all of my subject Maths being C-B as the university that I plan to go to requires AABB or AAAB

    Good evening Sir:

I am currently studying for my GCSEs in May/June this year, and I am currently taking:

    Spoiler:
    Show
IGCSE Further Maths (pointless since I already took GCSE Maths in Year 10 and got the A*, but I need to get A^ to do Further Maths in Year 12, since I'm not taking C1 this year as Mr M advised against it)... predicted A*, aiming for A^

Chemistry (I'm taking it for A Level, so it's important): predicted A, aiming for A*

Physics, predicted A*, aiming for A*, but I won't be sad if I get A since my learning has been disrupted due to noisy classmates and the echoey nature of the physic labs which means I can't hear my teacher very well.

Latin, predicted A*, aiming for A*

Classical Greek, predicted A*, aiming for A*

English, predicted A (progress review didn't discriminate between English Literature and English Language), want A* for both.

French, predicted A*, aiming for A*.

Biology, predicted A*, aiming for A*.

Religious Studies, predicted A*, aiming for A*

Geography, predicted A*, aiming for A*

Music, predicted A, aiming for A*

Would a screenshot of my progress review (which has my mock grades and predictions) suffice?

Theoretical Goal: All A*s to truly honour myself and my Asian family.

Practical Goal: 10 A*s or over would still be nice!

    Currently studying for my GCSEs, I'd definitely like to get;

Maths - A* - I won't settle for less since it's my favourite subject, I keep on getting As with no revision and I assume if I put the effort in, I will get the A*. My sixth form also mandates that I get an A to take Maths and an A* to take Further Maths so..
Physics - A/A* - I'd be happy with both, although the latter would be better.
    Chemistry - A/A* - See Physics
    Biology - A* - Easiest science, I'd like an A*.
English Language - A - Currently hitting Bs, really need to step up my game.
    History - A - COURSEWORK PLEASE.
Drama - B - I'll hit this but it's sooooo hard to get an A in Drama that I've practically given up on it. The mark disparity between A and B is way too much.

The rest will be a bonus .

I would really like to join as well since I miserably crashed in my AS exams and I know that it wasn't because I was stupid, but because I didn't revise properly and thought it'd be as easy as GCSE's ( even with the constant A LEVELS ARE MUCH HARDER lectures x'D)

So my aims and goals for this year ( retakes and A2) are:
    Biology AS: A
Biology A2: A( hopefully but a B is ok too)
    Psychology AS: A
Psychology A2: A*/A (an A I would be really happy in because I love the A2 topics we are studying at the momez xD

I'm kinda confused tho, so do you you just message here and wait for the study mod to reply to this message? .-. Ty ☺️

I need to get all A's in my AS levels- Biology, Chemistry, Psychology and Maths. ( I am going to become a Vet *fingers crossed!*, and I don't want to have to retake any)

Psychology is fine, I'm on track for that, Biology and Chemistry are ok, I'm averaging a B, but my maths is awful. I am really good in lessons, and I am one of the people that others go to to explain things, but I cannot get my head around the exams, and I end up getting about 40% in them

    Thank you!

    Hey,

I want to achieve an A* in biology or chemistry (or both!) and an A in Religous studies.

    I achieved AAB in AS-level.

    Any advice would be appreciated!

I would like to enter please!
Unfortunately, I got a U in my Biology last year, I'm resitting it this year and I've been told I can push myself for an A. I also would like a C/B in my English Language, I would very much appreciate your help!
    (Original post by Zarella)
Well this seems like a good idea! At AS I got CCE, an I'm retaking the 2 exams I got an e in aswell as doing my A2! And I really wish to get ABB for my overall a-level
    C AS SOCIOLOGY
    C AS religious studies
    E in AS psychology
    (Original post by Brichisa)
Loving this! I'm looking to get AAAA in my AS subjects biology chemistry maths and french. The hardest one to get my head round at the moment is chemistry, and not as much, but still a bit, french.
    (Original post by Chlorophile)
I'd like to take part too! My goal is to hopefully get above 95% in each of my A2 subjects (stretch goal: beat AS results!). It's going to be tough but I'd like to be ambitious!

I'm expectedall a*s and a's but didn't revise for mocks
    They completely de motivated me

    (Original post by justneve)
My goals are ABB in Biology, French and Chemistry at A2. My AS results were kinda bad so I want to get ABB this year.
    (Original post by Reviloed)
I would love to be part of this I have just been told I should drop AS maths as I am struggling and flopped my mock so I now only have 3 courses. Biology history and chemistry so I would like to achieve all A as to not make me only doing 3 a downfall and put me at a disadvantage against people doing 4

Oh! This is an encouraging thread, my goals are to get AA in biology and chemistry, (already have an A in psychology). I'm self teaching myself A2 so this is going to be interesting :excited:

I am aiming for the crazy goal of A*A*A* at A-level (in French, RS and Maths). The thing which I am struggling on is the STATISTICS 1 Maths module - I absolutely love the core modules but cannot get my head around Statistics! My aim is to get my head around it ready for the summer exam

I am studying A2 Economics, History and Maths hoping to get all A's this perhaps even and A* in Economics which was my highest grade last year! I didn't do too well either in my AS' last year and got BDDD. My fourth D was Chemistry which I dropped! I will also be resitting modules this year - your help in sure would be very beneficial!

I got an A in chemistry at GCSE so I know I can do it, it's just finding confidence and motivation which is why this sounds great.
