# Mr M's Edexcel GCSE Linear Mathematics Higher 1MA0 Paper 2 Answers November 2015 watch

I got around 120/200 what grade do you think that would be?
Definitely a secure B grade. I know I shouldn't predict but B has never been any higher than 100. Also A is usually 130.

No I dont think so, since they were a mock depends when the teachers mark them tbh

does anyone know the grade boundaries for november 2015? i know that in June 2015 it was 65 for a C
The boundaries are not decided until after all papers have been marked.

I wrote 11b as a decimal (found the fraction then did 1 divided by 8). Will I lose any marks?
That's fine.

You'll be able to know your marks next week if your teachers want to release them to you. That won't tell you your grade of course.

18500 gallons = 83250 litres (multiply by the 4.5 provided in the question).

83250 / 1700 = 48.97 (also provided in the question)
18. Q24:
C = 40°
Length BC = 8.4 cm
Area = 100 cm(2)

Area = ½ a b sin C:
100 / sin 40° = 155.57
155.57 / 8.4 = 18.52
18.52 / 0.5 = 37.04

Cosine rule = a2 = b2 + c2 - 2bc Cos A
37.04(2) + 8.4(2) - 2 x 37.04 x 8.4 x cos 40 = 965.8974663
square root of 965.90 = 31.1

19. Mr M is saying that the interquartile range is less consistent in the summer ones one mark at least?
20. Hey Mr M you know for question 24 I did

100/1/2*8.4*sin(40) which gave me 37.01
then i sqaure rooted that 37.01 which i did by mistake and that gave me 6.1 something

then i did a^2 = 8.4^2 plus 6.1^2 - 2* 8.4 * 6.1 * cos (40)

which gave me 29 point something
then i sqaured rooted that and it gave me 5.4
?
i had everything right but i accidently sqaure rooted the 37.01 how many marks do u think ill get out of 5 for this question
