If its too close to call, do we go back to a recount?

    Coin flip like the Americans.
They do that if a vote of no confidence is tied? Would have thought they would do the same as with legislation and add I assume we do and say it is defeated. If referring to Clinton's 1.5625% chance, remember that we do the same.

No idea, was just thinking of the caucus tonight. Indeed, there be no recount if its tied.

Tis an exciting moment! Chance for the first right wing government on here for a few years, providing any negotiations are successful.

However I do not think the motion will pass, which isn't too bad with an election coming up. I'm sure we can sit this parliament out and have a right-wing landslide.

We would of had a Con/ukip government now if it wasn't for the mass PM

So you're saying Rakas might be thinking about his retirement in a couple of hours?

It's going to be a close call im afraid and I cant say im feeling to confident of it going in our party favour ..... I sincerely hope Rakas doesn't Resign regardless of the voting outcome..... We all have opinions and we have the right to express them even if it goes against the party decision

You can't seriously be making a complaint about greater turnout.

Resign as an MP? Or a shadow frontbencher? Or both?

To be fair if it weren't for the mass PM you would have gotten 2 extra Sears in XXI IIRC. And I thought you didn't belive in democracy?

I don't believe in democracy but it seems irrational to generally accept the value of democracy yet also bemoan something which increases the democratic quality of a particular institution.

At the general election, yes. As a Socialist Party MP you should probably have sympathy given how the mass PM damages you too.

As i stated, if me voting in accordance with my own will rather than the parties results in a tie i will happily either resign as an MP or submit myself to an internal vote of confidence. Whichever LP believes best fits my crime or any other considerations.

As i have done since my inception here, i serve the will of the party on almost all things.

But the effect of the mass pm is telling everyone that there is an election. Without it it would be like telling only MP's that there is an election and telling them not to tell anyone.

I feel the PM helps realism - almost nobody in the real world was unaware there was an election going on - and I think realism is very important to this game.

At the end of the day it is Rakas21 's choice as to how he votes. He has been an active and committed member; and if he has used his judgement to vote that way, then all we can do is trust him!

Do you agree with the PM's proposal to cut tuition fees for some courses?
