# OCR (non mei) C4 Friday 24th June 2016 watch

1. Was all fine then question 9 (which had so many marks) screwed me over.

Needed 90+ in this to get the A, given the disaster that was C3. Think i scraped the A in this paper.

Anyone have any idea of C4 boundary, i think it was deffo harder than any past paper (although you could say the same about every year), but the trig im sure catched a lot of people out, in both papers.
2. (Original post by Sid1234)
stationary points are ((3+-3)/root3, (+- 4root3)/9)
I think there should only be two stationary points because four should be out of range
3. Similar difficulty to last years paper, so alright paper overall
4. What did you guys get for n and k on the binomial?

What did you guys get for n and k on the binomial?
4 and -3/2

6. N=-6 and K=sqroot70/7

N=-3/2 k=4
8. (Original post by banksy0312)
What did you guys get for n and k on the binomial?
K=4, n= a negative fraction (forgot the exact value)
9. n and k were 4 and -3/2? area of the vector triangle was 4.22? i remember an integral being (3/8)pi + 3/8?

12. Did you get 18 ln something - 27/4 on one of the integrals?

People say this was the hardest paper ever every year.
To be frank this paper was not the hardest out of all papers that exist out there
I would say 54-57 for an A)

Would be nice if someone created a mark scheme)

Is that for the integration by parts question? I got pie/2 +3/8

Yh i did

Decent paper imo, no DE which I think people usually mess up some might be highish grade boundaries

There was a disguised one(The final question)

just checked on my calculator its 3pi/8 +3/8

I got e^ln(e^2/144) but they're equivalents right?
Yep but I don't think it is in the right form??
