Pretty sure IF improves insulin sensitivity and keeps blood sugar levels more stable.

Your body just taps into glycogen and fat stores for energy. Once you've adjusted to it, it's great.
Not going to try it anyway seeing as I aim to put on weight

I'd try this but I'm too embarrassed of my stomach rumbling in school
Can confirm it is very embarrassing. Especially in an otherwise silent classroom where people are doing exam questions in timed conditions. :gasp:

So I will not consider trying this method out in college time.

Putting on weight is just a matter of calories eaten/burned per day.

But yeah, it's easier to eat enough food if you're eating all day rather than 8 hours or whatever.

Maybe, but aren't lectures quite long sometimes?! I mean, the main reason why I'm terrified for my literature exam is that it is two and a half hours and I don't usually like to eat too close to having an exam, so my stomach might rumble. I have my priorities in order, don't I?

I'm not sure :dontknow: I'm going to the US where lectures start slightly later. But yeah I don't like eating too near or too far from an exam Our priorities are just fine lol

    Starve myself? No thanks. :'3

That is such a bad idea. You're advising for students to not eat for absolutely ages then drink lots of coffee..?

    How bizarre.
if it's "starving yourself" then I wonder how muslims still exist
