I'm not going to sit here and explain all over again the reasons why I don't like living here. Maybe I am slightly biased but immigration doesn't seem like such a big problem to me because I enjoy integrating with other communities, even if I don't always receive the best reception from people because I don't drink. Immigration obviously doesn't bother me as much as it does you - is there a problem with that? Read my comments again - I said that I regularly go to parties with people who do drink, so I do my best to fit in and make an effort. The fact that nobody wants to be seen on a night out with the one guy who doesn't drink isn't my fault. The point is that we both hate living in this country but for different reasons, so what is there to get worked up about? I have my own reasons, you have yours.

I'm an English person just like you and I love London. Do you mean instead that a Caucasian person doesn't enjoy living in London? Obviously your experience of living in London is very different to mine, but I never said everyone on here should enjoy the same things I do. It's just my personal view - London is my home and I miss it. And I also never said "English" people find it hard living in London - obviously lots of people don't like it for various reasons. Having said that, may I ask why you're so repulsed by Muslim and Eastern European people in London? What have they done to you?

Why do you mention "subjective bias" and attack me for that? Every single opinion on here is subjective - some of them you will agree with, some of them you won't. Don't ask for opinions in your OP and then complain when you read something you disagree with.

As mentioned above, I have made all the effort I can and I frequently socialise with people who drink. Stop jumping to conclusions and assuming that I have not integrated well - you know nothing about me. I make friends easily because being a non-drinker does not deter me from going on nights out and to social events, unlike many other Muslim people who choose to stay inside. I'm entitled to my own opinion based on how people treat me outside these social events. And because I don't drink, these friendships I make with people often end up being very one-sided because people are always more welcoming and supportive of someone who drinks alcohol. That's what I don't like - people need alcohol to cement friendships and everyone thinks I'm boring just because I don't drink. I go to all the same events as the people who do drink, I enjoy myself and have a laugh just like they do but without touching a drop of alcohol. Why is the alcohol so important when I'm making an effort to make up for the fact that I don't drink?

I can easily turn that around and say everyone else is boring because they don't know how to have fun without alcohol - I do. I socialise regularly, I perform on stage and I enjoy meeting people. When I'm doing the same things as everyone else, is there any reason why people should treat me differently because I don't drink? You've misinterpreted what I said - maybe deliberately to support your point, maybe not. I have no problem with people who drink alcohol and I've never objected to people who want to. I socialise with people who do drink alcohol, as I've mentioned several times already. I never said alcohol is evil or superficial - that's your own conclusion, not mine. What I don't like is the importance that alcohol has in people's lives, to the extent that they would rather ignore me despite the efforts I make to integrate with them. It's got nothing to do with having fun - I know how to do that perfectly well without alcohol. What gets on my nerves is the judgmental attitudes from people like you who know nothing about me or what I do to enjoy myself, and immediately assume I'm boring just cos I don't drink. Why do British people put alcohol on such a high pedestal?
The thing is that if you are Muslim and live in London - why would you NOT like London? Of course you are going to like it. Not only do you have everything on your doorstep but you have your own people and your own culture on your doorstep too. Imagine there were no Muslims in London (like the way there are no English people left), do you think you would enjoy London? No you wouldn't. It's got very little to do with 'integrating with other communities'. If that was the case you wouldn't be having such problems outside of London. Frankly, I see little integration from Muslims. If Tower Hamlets and Luton and Whitechapel are signs of integration, then England has a scary future.

I have already said: if they are leaving London because they can't stand the presence of ethnic minorities then I have no sympathy and it is good riddance.

Yes, believe it or not some ethnic minorities are not poverty stricken and can afford to live in London just fine. There are others who aren't exactly well off but are content to live in not-so-great conditions rather than to move where they can have better living standards.

I have no need to lie to myself because I simply do not care about the racial demographics in London or anywhere else.

And yes, despite that there is no other demography in London with a higher percentage of White Brits. You can criticise the stats all you want but it's pointless if you don't have something more reliable.
They really are not after your sympathy, gosh lol, get over yourself. The fat that you keep repeating 'presence of ethnic minorities' when noone has said the sheer presence of them is a probleme, highlights that you are not willing to listen to the wider issues and instead you are personally trying to make it a race issue and play the race card. Noone here has ever said having ethnic minorities in itself is a problem. Again poor show from you.

You are funny. So that explains 600,000 whites moving out in no time cas none of them were willing to live in lesser places. Oh ye that's right, that's why they all moved to Middlesbrough and Hull. What do you study? Drama and Media studies or something?

Please stop making it a race thing. Noone is on about an explicit issue with having people of other races here other than yourself. We just don't want mass immigration. Stop conflating the two to serve your own agenda.

Also London is a hellhole. I live here. Everywhere I go is Eastern Europeans and Muslims. You can't get away from them and all the English people are moving out or have moved out. Do you think an English person enjoys living in London? You must be deluded.
Lol, you realise saying London is a hellhole because Eastern Europeans and Muslims live there is blatant xenophobia and racism. Idc if you label me as a liberal or sjw, because it doesn't stop you being a xenophobe/racist.

And anyway, the demographics of London show that the majority is white British so your statement of 'you can't get away from them' doesn't make much sense.

What because I want some of my own people around me, that makes me a racist? What are you asian, black? Put yourself in an all white environment and let's see what you think before you open your mouth. And by the way Muslims or Islam, is not a race. It doesn't make me or anyone who opposes it, a racist.

Um, a) that's 5 years ago so the figure is less and b) there are 9 zones in London. Brentwood is in London then as it is in zone 9. Do you know where Brentwood is? Essex. Essex isn't London you twerp, it's just London on the tube map. That's where all the Mark Wright's and Joey Essex's live. That is included in the census and that's why the number is so high.

If anyone is playing the race card it is the person claiming to be oh so oppressed in London because he/she is White. And if it's not about their presence then your posts have been very poor at conveying that. The way you talk about how you can'take escape the Muslims and the Poles and how they are everywhere certainly indicates that you are bothered by their presence.

I thought London was such a hellhole, yet other parts of the country are "lesser places"? Do make up your mind

You mentioned race way before I did, I'm just going by what you posted.

You really do have comprehension problems don't you? I never once stated that havings Polish or Muslims in England was ever IN ITSELF a problem. What I said was that the MASS infiltration of them has eroded British way of life in significant ways and this multiculural mesh that has developed due to mass immigration has not done anyone any favours. What the **** is wrong with you?

You said that 600,000 whites left London because they wanted better standards of living whereas ethnics were willign to lesser their standards. So if some of those 600,000 moved to poor English towns such as Middlesbrough (yes I'm having to spell this out to you because you are incredibly dumb), what does that say about your theory of whites moving away from London for reasons no related to the rapid and mass influx of immigrants? Not much.

Mass unchecked immigration only further fragments society. We've taken in a lot of people who have no desire to integrate and this is the result. There is no cohesive society.
Turn on the radio or TV and not a day goes past where you don't hear about some sort of crisis in this country. And as usual, people just complain for a while and then accept it.

A lot of people in England don't mind accepting the gradual reduction in living standards and cultural changes imposed on them thru mass immigration. They just bend over and take it while screaming "I'm tolerant!". That's why all those migrants want to hop into England - they know the English are soft, diversity loving, politically correct, restrained people.

That's the way it is in this country because we're a spineless, tolerant nation. People are alarmed/laugh at the way Sweden is going downhill with its ultra liberal bs and yet I feel England is heading in the same direction albeit at a slower pace.
Couldn't agree more. I used to live in the countryside. It was peaceful, beautiful and is one of the few remaining pockets where British culture still exists, then I moved to London. Not a day goes by where I don't lament this country's weak and quite frankly, pathetic acceptance of mass immigration and the destruction of it's own culture. Our leaders would rather stomp all over their own people than be labeled as 'racist' or 'Islamophobic' by some foreign idiot who has no knowledge of Britain's internal affairs.

Again, you're jumping to conclusions and making lots of assumptions about my life. You might be interested to know that I didn't live in a very Muslim area in London (mostly white British people), but I still loved my city and enjoyed every minute of the 21 years I lived there. It's got nothing to do with there being other Muslim people too - even though were no Muslim people around, I still lived in a beautiful area with a comfortable house and good friends all around. Even if there were no Muslim people in London, I still had friends from several other backgrounds - all better friends than I've made in the North. What I miss about London isn't the Muslim communities (I can find plenty of those here where I'm living now) - it's the fact that all my closest and most supportive friends are there, it's where the best opportunities are for me in my professional and personal lives, and it's the only place I call home. If being around Muslim people was so important to me like you think it is, I would love living up North - but I don't because the communities are smaller, hidden, less well-integrated and don't really bother with holding cultural events which happen all the time in London and Birmingham. By your logic, I would love living somewhere like Bradford with ~20% of the population being Muslim - I lived there for a year but still hated it despite there being Muslims because I missed London. If you think the problems with integration of Muslim people are bad in London, wait until you see Leeds, Sheffield, Bradford, Newcastle etc. They are horrible.

You're racist because you feel that a place becomes a hellhole when non-whites live in it, that's racism. And Brentwood is not included

My ethnicity is non-White, I can tell you I feel normal around any race. Shame you don't.
