    All these big scary words. If the EU is really that bad, why do you need to lie about it? It's not undemocratic. British MEPs make up 10% of the European Parliament. It's more democratic than the UK.
    So the elected (unaccountable due to closed party list) MEPs, how powerful are they? How many times have they repealed a bill, for example? What about the 70 times we as a country have used our veto? That resulted in 100% of them failing.

    How on earth is the EU democratic, did you vote for the presidents?

    I agree with you, we should be able to do that. But that's another question for another time, our presidents aren't even accountable to elected MEPs, in fact, they get their presidential position by loosing their previously elected roles.
