yey we dont have a bad reputation

lots of local schools seem to dislike us cos of our extreme academia.. its not great... lol
why our school is like yours in terms of subjects, even did the same IGCSE's as you, except i did triple award, and we have done nearly the same exam boards as eachother

I'm starting on Wednesday and I'm looking forward to it.
I think my work load will be quite heavy as I'm taking: Biology, Chemistry, English Literature and Spanish but hopefully I'll enjoy my subjects.

I couldn't get through to school to change my options, but I think I'll stick with them anyway because the courses look pretty good. Eeeek, good luck with Classical Greek ghoshy! They don't offer it at my school

lol thanks. hope it goes well. love the language, just soo much literature to understand

so what were you gunna change it to anyway? and plans for degree now?
I was going to change Biology and Chemistry to Maths and Economics. I have no real idea about university yet, although I am thinking about Law since I've always been interested in it.

sounds good. i swear so many people who say they want to go into medicine say law is a back up or something :p: maybe it's all about being helpful and helping society

im considering going into law, later in life. i defs want to do a maths degree, after that i think law would be interesting, but maybe accountancy :dontknow: not sure really lol
Haha, maybe you're right.
Yes, you do seem to love your Maths :p:

i had my induction in june, was really good even though i'm the only new person in the sixth form and i don't know anyone that goes there. :p: we had a lesson in each of our subjects just saying what we need to buy and what we'll be doing and stuff. that was all we did really. we have the first day as some kind of second induction day i think.

i'm doing french, german, english lit and law. quite worried about all of them actually cos the gap between gcse and as is supposed to be really bad for languages and i didn't do too well in lit gcse.

oh i'm doing a gcse in spanish as well which i can't wait for
I'm doing French, German, English Lit and Law too!
