Will the official results be announced or just the exit poll?
Exit poll. Although changes are not much will change as a result of removing seats.

Ray has to go through the votes to remove anyone without 100 posts or an account that's 3 months old so just the exit poll. The exit poll is always pretty near the mark though.

Is my friend at the other side of the house confident that his party will retain their seats come a couple of hours time?
He's confident that his party will have gained seats, my honourable friend.
Although he may abstain from taking his seat if forced to swear an oath of allegiance.

Let's consider the world we live in and make it a better place and Vote Green

Best of luck to everyone. It's been an intriguing election, with the Nat Libs coming in and Labour being a bit naughty.

If you haven't yet voted, you should have a read of our manifesto and consider Voting Liberal.
No, you're thinking of an authoritarian regime.
Advocates of a classless society are left wingers, such as anarchists or communists; and propose various means to achieve and maintain it and attach varying degrees of importance to it as an end in their overall programs/philosophy.

I'm sure thats not the only thing that Irish republicans have abstained from doing/ consuming!

And this is why you should give at least one of these people (i.e. me) a chance of being in the Cabinet by voting Labour

Simple comparison of exit poll data and final result would give that. Both can be find here
Thank you however I'm having trouble finding the raw votes from the last election - the exit poll Birch put up only had the seats (which I think is better anyway). I guess we could guesstimate from that but it wouldn't be all that informative.

Fascism seeked to abolish the class system! Italian fascists, the originals, loathed the bourgeois!

    *brings out history notes*

Fascism although is on the far right, Italian fascism in the 20th century was a confusing mixture of ideas and policies. Mussolini was, I firmly believe at heart, an opportunistic socialist.

Mussolini was a socialist until he was kicked out of the Italian socialist party because he wanted an imperialistic foreign policy, something the maximalists (the anti-establishment peeps) disliked intensely. He formed the fasci di combatitmento (need to learn how to spell it before the exam lmao) after his removal after WW1. Even then he still kept a weird and confusing mixture of ideas from various parts of the spectrum. He didn't leave the socialist party because of their economic ideas, but simply because they disagreed on FP which Mussolini and the blackshirts had a firm belief would make or break the country.
