By the looks of it, my school provides nothing. We have to get everything ourselves (for books use amazon/ebay it's far much cheaper)
I know my school provides a maths folder and book because I started it this year  but I'm going to get a new one as my mum uses that folder

Yeah, this is a problem I'm finding as well, not sure what I'll be given. Will see who's around on Thursday and ask I guess. But I'm doing half my subjects (Physics & Chemistry) at a different school - it's sort of a joint consortium thingy - and have no idea if I'll get exercise books or anything for them, and have no way of finding out beforehand. I will I will, and if I don't need them I'm sure they'll be used for something along the line More important decisions to be made though...rucksack or messenger bag...my bag from last year has succumbed to old age, but managed to get me through Years 9 - 11!

I'm using a rucksack this year because of a heavier load

1 for each unit per subject, I thought it'd be easier to organize that way?

4 subjects with 2 units each (I have a note book for one of the subjects already) I figured it would be more manageable and organized

I was going to do Chemistry, but then I decided I like English Literature more. I'm leaning towards doing History at uni so English Lit is probably more beneficial for that.

Fairly limited. I couldn't sustain a conversation with someone but I can tell you that I have a black cat in both languages. The languages exams were really early in the exam period and since then I've forgotten pretty much everything (much to the dismay of my sister, who is about to start training to become a languages teacher).
