Ok so yesterday I sent my application to:

    - Liverpool (Biological and medical sciences)
    - Leeds (Medical Sciences)
    - Manchester (Biomedical Sciences)
    - Cardiff (Biomedical Sciences)
    - Exeter (Medical Sciences)

I've had confirmation of receipt from Manchester and Exeter within 12 hours. I'm not sure if - because it's a science-y course I'm applying for - it'll take longer to get the offer/rejection, but I will keep you all updated when things come through
    Update:

Liverpool - Conditional ABB (inc. Biology and Chemistry)
Manchester - Interview on the 25th of November

Application was sent on Thursday, and these were received today (Tuesday).

Hi, I've applied to Bangor, Edge Hill, Lancaster, Chester and Winchester to do English Literature and History. I got a conditional offer back from Chester less than 24 hours after applying and I got a Conditional offer from Winchester 3 days after applying. Has anyone applied to Bangor, Edge Hill or Lancaster and had an offer back yet? If so how long did it take? I sent my application off 8 days ago, I know it's still early, but I haven't been able to find how long it takes roughly for any of those three
I received an offer from Edge Hill after about 10 days

Yep the wait is killing me, and it would be disappointing to have no interviews at all
