    Because as a US citizen, he probably has little interest in proposed rises to Higher Education costs in England. He'd probably wonder what the fuss was about because in his country it costs much more to attend university. Furthermore, he's politically conservative and, as such, is unlikely to be on the students' side of the argument anyway.

    Just a few reasons not to enlist him.
