    Goals for 2011

    AT LEAST
Bench: 1 x 50kg at some point. Just want to slap those yellow 15kg discs on :p:
    Deads: 1 x 110kg
    Squats: 1 x 70kg
    Strict Press: 1 x 30kg

I also want to lose some fat. Currently weigh 78kg, would like to get that down to 68kg and hopefully that will give me a bit of definition.
Bench I got, but I don't know when I'll next bench again!
    Deadlifts I broke - 1 x 115kg
    Squats I broke - 1 x 85kg so far
Strict press I broke but can't think what.

Looking back these goals were pretty conservative but I had just started and didn't really know what I could do.

I weigh approx the same but definitely have lost fat!

Goals for 2012: Qualify for Norwegian weightlifting champs by achieving at least 103kg total in 75kg category - looking at 47ish in snatch maybe and 57ish in clean and jerk?
    Over 100kg squat

The end of year goals were for 5RM just to clarify...

    Bench 70/75 So close.
    Squat 115/100 Smashed.
    Deadlift 140/120 P00n3d
    OHP 50/50 Just.
    Chin Ups BW*11/10

Seems i epically underestimated what i could do in a year although Arturo Bandini did tell me this when i posted my goals at the beginning. Holiday then a bit of pissing about to come this year.

New end of year goals are
    Bench 85kg *5
    Squat 125*5
    Deadlift 160*5
    OHP 60*5
Basically i set original goals then before my summer holiday i set harder goals but then took ages to regain strenght after summer so missed some of the hard goals... All of them were for 5RM to clarify.

Lift Orignal goal Harder Goal Actual
    Bench 75kg 85kg 75kg Can't go reps but got a 90*1 single.
    Squat 100kg 125kg 125kg Yea.
    Deadlift 120kg 160kg 150kg Still awesome.
OHP 50kg 60kg 50kg Hurt wrists after summer and barely did any OHP...

Overall i just got my original bench/OHP targets and smashed Squat/deadlift.
Happy for a first year of powerlifting.

Stats when I started lifting 6 months ago:

    DL: 120 1x1
    Squat: 60 1x1
BP: 80 for a clean one rep.

    Now:
    DL: 185 1x1
    Squat: 120 1x1
    BP: 105 1x1
    OHP: 65 1x1

Bp is at a stand still... goal for next year is to go bring back decent definition to muscle, which I have lost over the last two months :/
and stats wise by the end of March:
    DL: 210 1x1
    Squat: 140-150 1x1
    BP: 120 1x1

I'm going to concentrate more on physique than strength this time round. I'm going to still get as strong as possible, but also add in other exercises, and incorporate a lot more cardio.

I want to be around 110kg lean

Squat over 220, bench over 140

Probably enter 1 or 2 powerlifting comps for a laugh too

Squatting and deadlifting really heavy has been out of the question for a while now.

Work messed up my training for a few months.

In the summer for the transformation contest exams limited my potential, still think I looked OK though, just not a great change.

110kg lean is still a long way off lol.

2012's goals are going to be completely physique related I think. Would like to get my squat for high reps back up to where it once was too.
