Just struggled on the tests, but hopefully so did everyone else. Has anyone else applied who is currently on a gap year? What universities are people if they dont get on to the scheme?

Also, could anyone let me know, if qualifying as an accountant, would restrict someone from entering other financial service careers, such as private banking? would it be more worthwhile just studying economics?

Good luck everyone!

Apart from the experience and pay, is there any advantage in applying for this scheme if I already have an offer for A&F at durham for abb, the same grades which are a minimum for the kpmg promgramme?

I ask because I think I'd probably opt for uni lifestyle over working lifestyle at such an early age. thanks

Ive done the verbal test and found it really difficult D: I have just done the numerical one and found it relatively easy, but each question took so long to find the answer! But after the time expired and it said my results had been submitted or whatever, I clicked to say id done the test... and now its saying it cant find my results and giving me the option to do the test, as in re do it! Ive emailed the help people but has anyone else had this problem I really dont want to do it again because i feel i did quite well Help? :L

Essentially a guaranteed job, probably the most valueable part.
