No they didnt tell me my results at all. A friend of mine also got the same e-mail. Fingers crossed!!!
Just struggled on the tests, but hopefully so did everyone else. Has anyone else applied who is currently on a gap year? What universities are people if they dont get on to the scheme?
Also, could anyone let me know, if qualifying as an accountant, would restrict someone from entering other financial service careers, such as private banking? would it be more worthwhile just studying economics?
Good luck everyone!
what are the verbal reasoning questions like? are they all like the practice test where you have to read a passage?
Just did the tests. Would have preferred an hour on the numerical and I may have got 80-90% As it stands I think I got 7/8 right.
Does anyone else whos been successful know what happens now, or how long it will be before we find anything out???
What branchs have you applied for????
The next stage is an interview I think, guess they will get back to us when more people have done the tests or something.
I've appled to Birmingham office
Apart from the experience and pay, is there any advantage in applying for this scheme if I already have an offer for A&F at durham for abb, the same grades which are a minimum for the kpmg promgramme?
I ask because I think I'd probably opt for uni lifestyle over working lifestyle at such an early age. thanks
I'm guessing we wont hear anything till a week from Monday which is the maximum time to do the tests...
I've applied for Leeds office.
I've applied to the Manchester office.
Passed the on-line tests (yay!); what happens next?
