Is it true grade boundaries are available on the 21st, a day before we get our results? It would be interesting to know the boundaries before I get my results to see how hard the examiners saw the papers as being haha!
Yeah, they'll probably be up a day before results day.

hahaha yh lol samee.......then i would know how many marks i was off on the exam sheet......-___-
where will they be put up?
We'll make a thread here on TSR linking to them when they're available but you will also be able access them via the exam boards websites.

I wouldn't call that 'better' We can't discuss anything there and it's not like we're actually going into school at midnight so there's no point having hours and minutes

Opening mine as soon as I can physically rip the envelope open. Even if they're rubbish, I'd rather know immediately. Hopefully I won't read the column of Bs (I still have no idea what that is) as the results and not notice the A*s like I did last year

On our results form, there are several blank columns and then one with Us! I got such a shock when I got my first results!

Ahh I wanted to start this thread lol nearer the time just for the sake of starting a thread , anyways, whats done is done, so stop stressing and look at it this way, if worst comes to worst, you can always retake the GCSE if you have to whilst doing a-level but I think they'll mention to the uni's tat you did it after sixteen...

This thread has made me realise how impatient I'll end up becoming during the course of the holidays...
So, what is everyone doing during the summer to ease the wait?

Lol, it's just fun sitting there watching your thread expand, and setting personal targets of how big to get your thread, and come on, 'OP' does sound quite cool and powerful

    The Challenge?
I plan on doing some volunteer work, and catching up on every book, video game, album and film I missed over the past few months.
Also, all of the extra curricular stuff that had to be put on the backburner because of exams.
