Oh good lord. ROFL. That could be used for torture!! I have this hilarious imagery of a bomb exploding and among the ruins, you just see the bata chappal. In my household, we have the wooden ruler, the m&s slipper and the dreaded belt.

My dad used to it me and still does. In the back of the head, legs, bottom etc. Well nowadays he usually hits me in the back of the head. I think it does help children to behave because I remember when I got a slap it was the only thing that stopped me misbehaving, it has no impact these days though
